About us
Sash Window Solutions is the longest running independent sash window renovation company in East Anglia, established by Joel Saunders in 1999.
After completing an apprenticeship in furniture making, Joel went on to specialise in making traditional hand-crafted sash windows, particularly for listed buildings in conservation areas, including supplying joinery for National Award winning projects.
During the early 2000’s we recognised an increased demand for renovation rather than replacement and now the majority of our work is renovation and repair. At the same time we still offer bespoke joinery services.
Sash Window Solutions specialises in double glazing, draught proofing, repairing and renovating sash windows in Norfolk, Suffolk and throughout East Anglia.
We are extremely passionate about maintaining original features in period properties and repairing where possible to bring a new lease of life to your windows.
We remain as a small team of dedicated craftsmen, with Joel on every job from quote to completion, liaising with you every step of the way. This means we maintain high standards of work, treating all jobs as we would our own property.

Over our many years of trading we have worked on all types of property from small terraced houses to many of the finest halls in East Anglia. Our work has taken us to many different schools, commercially owned properties, Diocese owned rectories, hotels and restaurants. We have restored, repaired and replaced thousands of windows for many delighted customers which in turn means most of our work comes through recommendation and word of mouth.
